I have problems with a (real money) purchase/payment

If something goes wrong during a (real money) purchase, please submit a request, including the following information:

 

a) Which Helmet Package did you buy (price and quantity)?

b) Did you purchase the Helmet Package during a Happy Hour or as a special offer? If so, please add the details of the offer to your answer.

c) When did the transaction occur (time and date)?

d) What is your village name?
